Marlow Mirrors is a family run luxury mirror business transitioning its way online. 

Based in the North West, Marlow Mirrors began as a result of seeing the lack of quality mirrors in homes and on the market.

We're a relatively small family run business, with low overheads and great relationships with our manufacturers - meaning better prices & better quality for our customers!

All our mirrors are handmade using durable metal, unlike the larger household name brands using plastic and plywood.

Delivery

At Marlow Mirrors we use safe & convenient delivery services that you can trust.

Free UK 2 man delivery. Guaranteed no cracks or damage to your order.

Orders are shipped every 1-3 working days.

Should you require your mirror sooner than advertised please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss further as we may be able to arrange an express service (subject to additional charges).

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 90 Day Free Returns on all orders. 

To start a return, email support@marlowmirrors.com with subject "Request a return', with your order number.

Our Support Team will review this request within 2 working days and once accepted will produce a collection for your items. 

Returning items will be collected by our 2 man delivery service. Please ensure that you have provided us with your best and correct contact number and address details. 

Please return all items in their original packaging. Items which aren't received in their original packaging may be subject to a repackaging fee of £15.

Refunds
Your order will be refunded within 1 working day of it being received at our offices.

Exchanges
This service is Free. To begin, contact our Support Team via support@marlowmirrors.com and an advisor will be happy to help.

The item I wish to exchange to is more in price than my original order
Upon arranging your exchange, our Support Team will send you a payment request invoice to the email address which you used to place your order.

The item I wish to exchange to is less in price than my original order
Should this be the case, our Support Team will process a partial refund of the difference within 1 working day of your items being collected from your property.

Returning / Exchanging Damaged Items
Any items which are damaged must be advised to our Support Team via support@marlowmirrors.com within 7 working days from taking delivery.
